   1843 Teacher training School at Kadatchapuram was started with funds collected (24 Sovereign) by Miss Sarah Tucker
   1856 Closed due to insufficient staff
   1857 Miss Sarah Tucker passed away
ORIGIN 2
   1858 In the memory of Miss. Sarah Tucker, her friends Miss. Maria, Miss. Sophia and Miss. Joanna raised 811 pounds. The raised amount was sent to Rev. John Tucker, Brother of Miss. Sarah Tucker. Rev.Edward Sargent started Sarah Tucker Normal School, Teacher training school, in a rental building. Rev.Ashton Dibb and Rev.Alice Victoria were in charge of the institution.
   1859 Foundation stone for Sarah Tucker Institutions was laid by Rev. Edward Sargent
   1861 The New building was opened on 23rd August by Rev. Edward Sargent. The teachers were Miss. Richard and Mrs. Mary Sparton.
   1867 Saran Tucker Normal School was started under the guidance of Rev. Lash
   1870 The first Branch of Sarah Tucker School was started at Adaikalapuram. At present, the number of Sarah Tucker branch schools is increased to 50 in this year. A few of them are from the Upper Clapton in the Town, Asborne school in South bazaar, STC branch school in the market area.
   1890 Sarah Tucker school was upgraded to High school with 5 students in the High school under the Headship of Miss A. J. Askwith. Nursery school for the Blind was started by Miss A. J. Askwith. Industrial class was started by Miss M. Florence Swainson.
   1892 The Hospital in the school premises was started by Rev. A.H. Lash.
   1895 The School for the Deaf and Dumb was started by Miss M. Florence Swainson.
   1896 The High school was upgraded into second grade college. It is the first college for girls in the whole of Madras University. School Chapel foundation stone was laid by the then Collector's wife Mrs. Higgins
   1897 On July 14th, The School Chapel was dedicated.
   1900 High school block was opened by Lord Curson, Viceroy of British Government on November 26th
   1910 Sarah Tucker Old Girls Association STOGA was started by Miss Walford
   1925 Separate Governing Board for college and High school was set up
   1932 N.M. Hewitt finished the construction of Howard Memorial Block
   1948 Separate campus for Sarah Tucker college was established
   1958 Last Missionary Miss Annie Lindsey, served as School Correspondent, retired
   1969 Physics lab was opened by Rt. Rev. A.G. Jebaraj on 25th March
   1978 Upgraded to Higher Secondary status
   1989 Askwith Block was rebuilt
   1990 In commemoration of the establishment of Sarah Tucker High School, many centenary projects were declared and executed.
   1991 Centenary Memorial Lindsey Block was dedicated on 27th March
   1992 The office block was opened by Thiru.R.Velu IAS on 20th July
   1993 Kirubalaya Hall for boarding girls was opened by Thiru.R.Jeyaraman IAS on 7th December
   1994 Foundation stone for Chapel "Living Water" was laid by Rt. Rev. Jason S. Dharmaraj on 27th March
   1995 Jeyaraj Annapackiyam Vocational Block was opened by Thiru. Jeyaraj Chelladurai on 21st February
Vocational block was opened by C. Sivasubramanian on 24th July
   1996 Auditorium was dedicated and blessed by RT. Rev. Jason S Dhramaraj
   1997 Our Chapel " Living Water " was renovated and dedicated on Dev 20th
   1999 Sarah Tucker Integrated Children's Hom was opened by Thiru. Aladi Aruna on 15th October
Chambers Block was blessed by Rt. Rev. Jason S. Dharmaraj on 15th October
   2004 Frost block was dedicated by Rt. Rev. Dr. S. Jeyapaul David on 6th October
   2005 Pawson block was opened by A.D.J.C. Thinakar, on 22nd July
   2014 Auditorium was renovated and dedicated by Rt. Rev. Dr. J.J. Christdoss on 10th December
   2016 Smart classrooms were introduced. Renovation of Tiffen Shed - Sarah Hall. Renovation of Sarah Staff Room.
   2019 Renovation of Kirubalayam Hostel. Renovation of School Canteen.
